Anyone can purchase and take these courses for certificate completion and continuing education credits, when applicable. The courses available for sale are listed in the Course Store.

I purchased the wrong course. Can I get a refund?

  • Your first and last name
  • Name of the course you purchased

When logging into LearnUpon (LU), I am receiving a message that I have to “confirm my account before continuing.” How do I do this?
When you opened an account in LU, you provided an e-mail address and a password.  You should have immediately received an account confirmation e-mail that included a link that will allow you to confirm your account in LU and to finish updating your profile.  If you did not receive an e-mail, please check the spam/junk folder of your e-mail account; depending on your system configuration, it may have been filtered into this folder. If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact us at 352-273-7006 or SIPHELP@ad.ufl.edu.  If you e-mail us, please include the name and the e-mail address you registered under.  We will troubleshoot the issue for you and respond as quickly as possible but no later than one business day.
I cannot take my quiz. Why won’t it open?

You must complete all of the material in the course module before the quiz will be made available. Make sure you have, at a minimum, navigated through each of the slides. Also, you must submit the module by clicking the “X” in the upper right corner of the window that opens with your course material. If you close out of the browser in any other way it may not properly score your progress correctly.

faq-02

Do I have to complete my course on the day I start it?

Our courses are designed for the customers to work at their own pace and on their own schedules. If you are viewing the course module and need to quit click the “X” in the upper right corner of the window that opens with your course material. When you come back to the course it will prompt you to pick up where you left off.

How do I get my certificate?

Please log into your account on LearnUpon (LU).  Once you are in LU, select the “dashboard” tab located on the top tool bar. On your dashboard, you will note a section titled “Courses” with two tabs: “Enrolled” and “Completed.”  Select the “Completed” tab.  Certificates are available for download to a PDF file for each of your successfully completed courses.

faq-03

When will my CE/CME credits be reported?

As a CE Broker® Educational Provider, we submit continuing education course completions exclusively to Florida CE Broker® on a bi-monthly basis. If you are completing your course less than 30 days before your licensure renewal due date, you will need to self-report your course credit to CE Broker® before renewing your license.

Please visit the CE Requirements for FL Licensure page for more information. The Florida Department of Health encourages you to be renewal-ready far in advance of your deadline.
