LearnUpon is a cloud-based learning management system that the Self-Insurance Program uses to deliver courses to our customers. You must create a free account in LU before you will be able to register for any of our courses. You can access LU through the link provided in your course registration e-mail or by going to the following link: https://ufsip.learnupon.com/users/sign_in
ALL of our continuing education courses are FREE to participants of the following Self-Insurance Programs: University of Florida Florida State University University of Central Florida Florida International University Florida Atlantic University Central Florida Health Course coupons are issued to qualifying participants (faculty, employees, and students) at the time of course registration through the Course Store on the SIP official website.

Absolutely! Many of our courses are available to the public and have been taken by providers throughout the country. Anyone can purchase and take these courses for certificate completion and continuing education credits, when applicable. The courses available for sale are listed in the Course Store.

If the wrong course was purchased, please contact us at SIPHELP@ad.ufl.edu.  Include in the e-mail: Your first and last name Name of the course you purchased Course you intended to purchase E-mail you used in PayPal to purchase the course We will change your enrollment to the correct course. If you did not mean to purchase any course and/or have not completed it, we will issue a full refund. NOTE: Course support is available 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
When you opened an account in LU, you provided an e-mail address and a password.  You should have immediately received an account confirmation e-mail that included a link that will allow you to confirm your account in LU and to finish updating your profile.  If you did not receive an e-mail, please check the spam/junk folder of your e-mail account; depending on your system configuration, it may have been filtered into this folder. If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact us at 352-273-7006 or SIPHELP@ad.ufl.edu.  If you e-mail us, please include the name and the e-mail address you registered under.  We will troubleshoot the issue for you and respond as quickly as possible but no later than one business day.
You must complete all of the material in the course module before the quiz will be made available. Make sure you have, at a minimum, navigated through each of the slides. Also, you must submit the module by clicking the “X” in the upper right corner of the window that opens with your course material. If you close out of the browser in any other way it may not properly score your progress correctly.
Our courses are designed for the customers to work at their own pace and on their own schedules. If you are viewing the course module and need to quit click the “X” in the upper right corner of the window that opens with your course material. When you come back to the course it will prompt you to pick up where you left off.
Please log into your account on LearnUpon (LU).  Once you are in LU, select the “dashboard” tab located on the top tool bar. On your dashboard, you will note a section titled “Courses” with two tabs: “Enrolled” and “Completed.”  Select the “Completed” tab.  Certificates are available for download to a PDF file for each of your successfully completed courses.
As a CE Broker® Educational Provider, we submit continuing education course completions exclusively to Florida CE Broker® on a bi-monthly basis. If you are completing your course less than 30 days before your licensure renewal due date, you will need to self-report your course credit to CE Broker® before renewing your license. Please visit the CE Requirements for FL Licensure page for more information. The Florida Department of Health encourages you to be renewal-ready far in advance of your deadline.
