Report Claim Supplement

Per the General Conditions of the AAHP-RRG policy, Insureds are required to report material changes to the Insured’s claim history/activity during her/his policy period. A material change includes, but is not limited to, a new claim made against the insured and/or a settlement or verdict in claims that are not covered by the AAHP-RRG. Insureds are required to timely complete and send an AAHP-RRG Underwriting – Claim Supplement Form for each claim, suit, and judgement against her/him.
